Today is continuing on that gradual step up in difficulty as the days go but but what comes with that is a step up in the fun to be had from these moves. I'm talking Transitions in and out of Freezes from any part of breakin, I'll give some more basics, especially for the freeze to freeze transitions and then I'll take it up a little with some intermediate fun transitions, all broke down so you can learn.
